Pinter Tribute: Tickets Available

The National Theatre has kindly shared some additional information on the Pinter Tribute in which Michael will be appearing…

A celebration of the work of Harold Pinter will be held on June 7 in the Olivier Theatre (London) at 7pm. Ian Rickson will direct excerpts and readings from Pinter’s work. Performers will include Eileen Atkins, David Bradley, Colin Firth, Henry Goodman, Sheila Hancock, Douglas Hodge, Jude Law, Gina McKee, Alan Rickman, Michael Sheen, Samuel West, Lia Williams,…

Tickets went on sale today and can be booked by calling the box office: +44 (0) 20 74523000. Currently this event is not available online.

‘Looking Back On Osborne’ Screening

The New York Public Library will present a screening of ‘Looking Back On John Osborne’, starring the late Natasha Richardson and Michael Sheen in a program of readings from the works of the British playwright. This will take place at 3pm on May 9.

This program was presented live at the Performing Arts Library in April 2007 and is now presented as a memorial tribute to Natasha Richardson.

Harold Pinter Tribute

Michael will be participating in the National Theatre‘s upcoming tribute to Harold Pinter. The English playwright passed away in December 2008. Michael will be playing the part of Robert in ‘Betrayal‘, one of his best-known works.

According to Michael’s Twitter, this will take place on June 7. No details yet on ticket availability, but we’ll try to get more info soon.
